What are the carbon monoxide warning levels?
Carbon monoxide is displayed in parts per million (ppm). The product uses the following CO status levels:
- Green — Normal: 0–50 ppm. Green breathing light; no buzzer alarm.
- Orange Breathing — Alert: 51–100 ppm. Orange breathing light, yellow warning icon, and audible alarm.
- Orange Flash — Danger: 101–150 ppm. Orange flashing light, orange warning icon, and audible alarm.
- Red Pop-Up — High Danger: Above 150 ppm. The red warning pop-up remains on screen and the buzzer sounds.
Do not ignore an alarm. Follow the product manual and applicable emergency guidance.
What are the combustible-gas warning levels?
Combustible-gas status is shown as a percentage of the lower explosive limit (% LEL):
- Level 1 Green — Normal: Below 5% LEL. Green status; no buzzer alarm.
- Level 2 Yellow — Alert: 5% LEL to below 8% LEL. Yellow warning status and audible alarm.
- Level 3 Orange — Danger: 8% LEL to below 15% LEL. Orange warning status and audible alarm.
- Level 4 Red — High Danger: 15% LEL or higher. The red gas warning remains visible and the buzzer sounds.

Does PTH-24E work during a power outage?
PTH-24E is a plug-in monitor and requires continuous external power. Monitoring pauses if power is interrupted and resumes after electricity is restored.
